Everything was great except my car was completely dirty when I picked it up. The interior was full of plastic and papers. I appreciate the fact that they are protecting the interior, at least clean it up before delivering to a customer. In addition to that the exterior should have been washed. I also would have appreciated a little information on what to do in terms of car wash protocol after the fresh paint work was done. Maybe even a hand out to provide to the customer on care and maintenance. I had to clean up the interior debris and go back inside to ask the receptionist about care of the fresh paint work.

The body work looks good and the tailgate opens again automatically. But since I got the car back, it's very jittery when applying the brakes. It's even worse at highway speed. I didn't have that issue when I dropped off the car at Jaguar in Naperville.

Anna did an amazing job keeping me in the loop with updates about my car. Any questions I had she had the answers. The staff at Patrick Colllision Center made sure my car was fixed properly. You can’t even tell that my car has ever been in an accident. My 2021 Acura TLX came out looking beautiful. Thank you all so much for a job well done.

A broken window took 4 days to fix. I know it wasn’t discovered that regulator had to be ordered until late Friday but it took 2 more day after it was received. And no communication was provided.

The work on the car was high quality and I was very happy with the final repair. The adjuster was really nice and explained the process well. I was less than impress with the front desk person when I dropped off the car. She was rather rude to me and I would love to see an improvement in the communication about the process. I had to call several times to get an update or more detail on the timing of the repairs because that was never included in the messages i received. The front desk person when I picked up my car was very friendly and kind which was refreshing after the drop off experience.

Terrible , TERRIBLE !!! Who ask you to touch my car inside . All matte leather was destroyed someone put something shiny and stinky . Looks very very bad. How you want me to carry my kids in the car full of the stinky chemicals .

She called me every other day to keep me in the loop even if I didn’t answer her messages were clear. I picked up the truck and looked like I just bought it 6 days ago and didn’t even question any color differences or if the part was put on correctly. Amazing work by the mechanical team to make my truck brand new again. I was very anxious to pick it up but was very relieved with the professionalism and work by this team
