A part was broken and put back on in hopes I would not notice it instead of ordering a mew part and fixing it. After I noticed it, a mew part was ordered promptly but I had to make an extra trip and install it myself.

Your team is wonderful. They were so pleasant and accommodating. The estimate was reasonable. When the parts came in the repair was very quick. The only issue was that I could only drop off and pick up on Saturday because your hours didn't work with my schedule. However, they didn't have a problem with my car being there for a week until we could pick it up.

I spoke Anna when I arranged to drop off my 2019 Mini Cooper for the body work that was necessary to repair the damages I incurred due to an unfortunate lane change. I also spoke to Anna when she called to alert me that the work on my car was completed and I could pick it up. And guess who met me at the body shop when I appeared to settle the invoice and take me Mini Cooper home...yep, Anna again. You can believe when I say I have very high standards when it comes to how clients should expect to be treated under these circumstances and I'm pleased to say that Anna met my highest expectations. She was kind, courteous, considerate, helpful, gracious and friendly. I feel she is an asset to your company and I am happy for the opportunity to provide my impressions of her

The car was returned dirtier than brought in with handprints all on the fabric and leather. Dirt or grease on the passenger seat that was black and black glue on the outside passenger door on the paint. The GPS system was working when I brought it in and is no longer working

I am extremely satisfied and grateful how Ana treated me and the person that hit my car since the beginning. She was very informative, patient, professional and understanding of both sides.
