Already spoke to Shelly about this first part; ****) Not happy that I was not contacted about the completion date being postponed. And still never heard from anyone the day it was finally complete. The text updates had been great up until about 2 days prior to the originally intended completion date. 2) It might have been good to know sooner that the bill was going to be 2000 more so we could have informed and prepared the payee. 3) My car has a very strong 'glue' or paint smell inside and I can't drive with the windows up. Is that normal? 4) I also think the scratch on the back left passenger door was NOT there before. I was shown a diagram of existing scuffs that I signed yesterday when I picked up my car but the more I look at it, I truly don't remember that scratch from before. I think the diagram referenced another scuff in the same area that was already there.

All of the staff could not have been nicer and easier to work with. Although pinpointing the exact timing it would take to do the job was challenging, the job actual time to finish was less than the estimate. The paint blending was especially impressive! THANK YOU!

Extremely professional, friendly staff. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work performed on my Buick Rendezvous. It looked better than it did when I initially drove it off the car lot where I purchased it! Complimentary detailing and vacuum job was an extremely pleasant surprise.
