The overall communication lacked between your team and me. I had called after a week and was told that you were waiting to hear from Geico about approving extra repairs that were required due to additional damage being found. A call should have been placed to me to advise. I also blame Geico. Then after more time we were told the vehicle was totalled by Geico without hearing from you. I recommend better communication with customers. We had other repairs done at your facility with no issues.
