Truly an amazing Spokane business. Everyone was professional, on top of things, communicated with me and did a superior job on my Buick LeSabre. I used craigs based upon a friend's recommendation. The outcome was less than expected. I was not concerned about cost only the results. What I got was no better, maybe even less, than any other body shop even after expressing that cost was not an issue. I would give them 3 out of 5 stars for doing semi adequate work. Probably better than some but not near what I would have expected based upon their reputation.
