When picking up our car all repairs were not completed. Also the detailing job that you offer wasn't done. Very disappointed :( You update daily progress through E-mail, yet car was not done. Now the inconvenience of bringing it back to be completed makes me angry. Also if the car needs to be left for a period of time will we be given a loaner?

i was originally told that repairs to my car would only take 2 days. because of that i upgraded my rental car expecting to pay for only 2 days. however, because of an ordering problem my car would take an extra 2 days to repair, which was friday. i call on friday for an update on my car in the morning and i was told my car should be ready by 430pm. so i waited in town since i live in kaneohe. there was no call around 230 so i called and i was told the part didnt come in yet and my car would be ready on saturday. i asked the person i was talking to if i need to call on saturday and she told me no, someone will call me. so i woke up early and waited for the call. by 1100am there was no call about how my car repairs was going on. so now its monday morning and i call again expecting my should be ready by now. but no, they tell me i got to wait till 230pm to pick up my car. i finally get my car. however, now i have to pay for my rental car that i upgraded expecting to pay for a 2 day rental. instead i had the car for 8 days. thats money i think i shouldnt have to pay for. it was the communication problems from your office people to your mechanics to the customer that really sucked the most. the repairs on my call was exellent and i appreciated the detail on my car. i really like the convience of having a rental car company in the same office.

Had to come back to get quarter panel flush with bumper, right tail light not working. Also, I had a green and blue beach towel/blanket in the trunk and when they cleaned out the trunk they did not put it back. Otherwise the paint was good and the service friendly.

Kept me up to date with repairs/progress. Courteous and professional. Did a good job on repairs as specified on estimate--and I think staff/management went beyond by addressing my concerns when I picked up my car, fixing a minor problem w/o any hassel. They stood behind their work and supported it with excellent service.

This is my second time taking my car to this shop, for two separate things, and both repairs were amazing. I love that they detailed my car inside and both times. I am very thankful that Gretchen stayed late foe me to pick up my car the second time around. I know she did not have to do that, but I am very thankful she did. I will definitely be coming back for all future services, and recommending this shop to all my friends.

There was a scratch/dent on my door where the manger said I will need to bring my vehicle back on Monday also the third row was not wiped down like the other two rows. Is this normal? Not pleased. The bumper repair was excellent.
