It took over a month to repair and eventually had to be sent to dealer to fix. Communication throughout the process was poor. We had to initiate questions when we weren't contacted and we're told that we'd be called. Finally upon pick up it had debris left in the car (molding, screws) and tape resadue around door jam. There was additional fender damage which WE had to ask about, it was not disclosed right away. Roy and Matt extremely friendly and helpful.

In the beginning everything was great. But as soon as the finish date got extended the email updates and calls stopped. I had to call myself to find out that my completion date had been pushed back again. I do appreciate the quality of work done and that it was completed earlier than days given, but the lack of communication between first extension and completion was a big disappointment.

Everyone down there is terrific. However not sure about Volkswagen repair where my car was taken for some parts or something. I don't know. I picked it up this morning and it looked beautiful inside and out as in brand new. One major issue: I drove over to Kam Shopping Center. Finished there and started to drive home. Half way home suddenly there were NO GEARS except which ever one it was in and I was able to drive back to Puuhale Rd. I had been told that the gears 5 and 6 didn't work and it would cost 800 to fix the transmission. I don't have 800.00. Anyway I had to go get a rental from Enterprise as your loaners were all gone. I have a very hard time believing that this transmission disaster was not a part of the **** accident on July 21 !! The car was heavily hit and though the external damage looked not too huge, I think the car was really nailed under the hood. I don't think that this was just a coincidence. It got hit hard and this not being able to shift into ANY GEAR now I believe as do other smart mechanical friends that this is a result of the impact. So please have it quickly determined as I now am having to rent a car from Enterprise and I am unemployed at the moment. Enterprise is renting it to me at the price you pay but it's still about 21.00/day. Please let me know ASAP what caused this disaster.
