Estimated length of repair given at insurance assessment was 2 days. Estimated length at drop off was 5 working days. Later, shortened back to 2 days. At estimated time of pick-up, no updates had been made and I had to call to find out status. Additional repairs required & estimated completion pushed back to Monday again. Monday, received notice that work was done & was asked for paperwork regarding safety check for replacement (sticker on bumper was damaged.) Upon arrival, told I would need to wait another half hour for entirely new safety check to be assessed. When I returned, it was discovered a part to be repaired had been neglected, and I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for it to be installed. The work done seems fine, but I was otherwise disappointed overall. This repair cost me nothing out of pocket (insurance paid for everything), but not having my car over the weekend meant I couldn't earn my usual $200-300 driving Uber. I would have scheduled a dropoff earlier in the week had I known of the potential for delays. I also didn't like my rental car, but I doubt the shop has any control over that.

great job from beginning to end of process. the only concern I have is that when I got home I looked in the bumper grill and notice a few parts inside by the radiator there was a bunch of papers stuck ( probably from the painting protection ) that needs to be taken out. Also there is a part inside next to radiator which I cant reach inside that is dangling loose in that needs to be fixed.

Car repair estimate was 10 days. After dropping off the car on March 4 they changed the finish date to18 days. That’s ok. And they sent 5 text messages that everything was progressing well. In the meantime I had to rent a car and pay for the rental myself since insurance didn’t cover that. Up to 2 days before I continued to get texts that everything was fine and car was in final assembly and detail work. On the promised date of delivery I heard nothing so I called and they told me they needed another part and instead of 3/22 completion date it would be 3/27. I kept the rental car because we are retired and have medical appts. Then on 3/27 again no information so I called and they said they were still waiting for parts!!!!. I was really mad since the rental had already cost me almost $800. I complained vigorously and they said they had a loaner car that I could use. I asked if they had a loaner way back before I even dropped off the car and they said they don’t have any!! The new completion date was now 4/****. I called on that day to pickup and they said it wasn’t ready again. I finally got the car 4/3– almost 30 days to repair minor damage!!!! I think they should compensate for the car rental from 3/22 to 3/27. From the first promised delivery date until they gave me the loaner car since they forgot to order the part needed until near completion. Why should I pay for the auto shop’s mistake. A nightmare. I would recommend people and insurance companies to avoid this shop!!!!!’

The entire process was great, from the beginning to the end. Any time I called to get an update, I was greeted very friendly and I was helped right away. My car looks better than before and I appreciate how I was walked through all the work that was done. Being able to leave my rental there was also a plus.
