The repair was fine. But, when I asked about missing hubcaps the customer service was adamant that my car came in without hubcaps. After further inquiry with my geico rep we found that it did indeed come in with hubcaps and then we had to wait another hour to have it placed on the vehicle; the geico rep was apologetic, the enterprise rep was apologetic but the auto world rep did not once apologize and implied that I should ask the geico rep myself. That's not my job, I am the customer. If you lost the hub caps you should look for it a little harder and at the very least ackowledge your error and apologize rather than make the customer think it's my responsibility to look for it.

I'll be taking my car back for several complaints that I did not notice until I got home. My car is a Mitsubishi Lancer, and I came in for two repairs: front bumper and rear side panel. The dent itself and the color of the paint was done well, however, when I further inspect the area I've noticed minor yet bothersome repairs. The exterior molding strips along the window was not aligned properly as well as the roof moldings. On the rear side panel, there was an overspray of clear coat. On the front bumper, it is not well aligned with the hood. Lastly, there was a problem with the AC unit even though the mechanics spent over two hours on something that did not need to be touched. The AC unit was fully functional before I dropped off my car. I'm a bit baffled as to why the AC unit was touched in the first place. Although the staff was quite pleasant, it does not make up for the mishaps. I've made an appointment this Friday. Depending how it is dealt with, will determine how I will go about putting a review on yelp. I would like to give the body shop a 5 stars, but it depends how my experience goes this Friday. The mechanical repair insinuated that damage to the ABS sensor was not the result of the accident. The ABS light was not on prior to the accident. It came on after the accident and in my mind was the result of the accident. Because if his insinuation, I had to pay for the repair and two extra days on the rental car out of pocket. I am not happy about this!

Great job. Technicians did leave some dirty hand prints on my head liner that I noticed a few hours later. I can't tell if it's just dust from the shop or grime from the repair

Liked having information and communication online. One service representive was exceptional the other could use more training from the first one . She sounded angry with poor customer service skills . Sorry I did not recall names. Thanks for your service .

Thank you for reading. I am grateful for your work. I do have some concerns though. My car wouldn't start upon receiving it. Gratefully, Renee was able to give the battery a boost, but I had to get another boost to the battery later in the day. I thought that after an hour of ddriving, the battery would've been fine. The car's VIN and other placards are gone too from my driver's side door sill. How do we remedy this? FYI: Renee has ordered an additional part to keep the rear bumper on. That's pretty much it. Thanks again for your time. I hope to chat soon. -rob
