I liked getting updated through texts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I felt like they were on top of my case. I liked that everything was handled; I did not have to contact my insurance company at all once after bringing my car for the estimate. I really appreciated the car wash! I did not get a chance to really inspect my car closely, but the repair looked well done. The paint job looks great.

Appreciated the updates on my car. **** explained line by line on what repairs were done. I really didn't know what was damaged except for the bodywork. He was very patient in explaining the repairs to me.

Im dissatisfied because I waited outside for my truck and I was told it was coming out but instead I had to find out on my own by looking on the side of the building that something was wrong with it. I went in talked to the front desk lady only to find out something wrong with my ac. This is very inconvenient for me now I have to pay for the insurance for the rental for the extra days I will have it because of this situation. I feel that's unfair.

This was the second time I've had to use your service in as many years, and once again you've made my car look like new. The fit and finish is outstanding. If I had to find a negative, then I would comment on the estimated finish date, because I was first told it would take 2-3 days. However, I later got a text update indicating more than three working days to finish the job. This then interfered with my schedule, but I could understand the delay due to the holiday season. The next day, however, I got another text followed by a phone call saying that my car was done (effectively 2.5 working days). Everything turned out great in spite of the changing completion date.

Everything was great but wasn't told that you were only open until noon on 12/23/16. Had I not called, I probably wouldn't have been able to get my car until Tuesday because of the Christmas holiday. No need to call me. Work was excellent.
