It took way to long no explanation why n when it was done I had to ask the receptionist to do a walk through which I thought should have been done with one of the sales rep no disrespect to her she was great but I felt the person who did the job should have did the walk through I felt like ok here's your truck bye.

I was pleased with the work done and the time it took to complete it. I would've liked more communications and updates during the process. I also asked for an extra item to be painted that I would pay for and it wasn't done. Overall satisfied with the work done. Thank you.

Lots of delays and part not ordered ahead of repairs causing extended delays.... Part should have been ordered previous to vehicle drop off so not to create delays. Then calling us to pkup vehicle completed repairs only to find out that our vehicle cannot lock after bringing car home. Late for airport Edgar brings vehicle back and retrieves rental so that we can pkup family member waiting NOT a good thing. A repair that should have taken (4) days turned into (12)who wouldn't be upset....thanks to Geico and rental made the pain less....would we use Auto World again I don't know!! Sagadraca

Customer service was excellent. The text message updates is a great tool, however I feel one more sentence should be added to the text. "Before coming, please confirm with our receptionist that your car is ready to be picked up."

Passenger side "A" pillar was damaged on the interior cloth portion and the center console button for the driver's side seat heater is sunken. The windshield wasn't wiped down on the inside and there was dust all over the interior. The protective cover to the wires on the rear view mirror was left uninstalled. Overall, the repair experience was very good with communication to me via text as the repairs were updated. The exterior repairs were awesome, just the minor details to the interior. I will still recommend Autoworld Specialist for repairs. Mahalo!!
