all of the associates were very pleasant and professional. the repair was complete ahead of schedule and came out better than I thought. the Geico adjuster was great as well. I have never used Auto Collision before, but I can't see how I would go anywhere else in the future. great job, you have a new customer with me and my family and I will for sure recommend you to others!

I got the front end of my brand new truck ripped off in a fender bender. The truck didnt even have 4k miles on it. I was so upset. But I dropped it off at your place and 4 days later i came back and it felt like i was getting it brand new off the lot again. Literally flawless. It was awesome that you left me the jar of touch-up paint (pray i never need it), and how you cleaned/detailed it inside and out really put you over the top. I will recommend you to everyone. Thanks again!

I don't like getting text messages at 3:30 the day it's supposed to be done saying that that time is revised to the next day, but otherwise you do excellent work.

I'm always happy with the work you all do on my car. I only trust two places with my car...Auto Collision (Jefferson)and Woodward Tires. I just wish people would stop hitting my car. I don't bother theirs (sense of humor).

Very impressed with the speed of the work, and thought it was a nice touch to have the interior vacuumed and the car washed upon pickup! I'll be coming back to ACS if I ever need collision service again.

Took 24 days for a repair originally set for **** week. Will let friends and family know as well as Geico of the experience. Would not recommend your services to anyone! Poor communication and lack of empathy!!
