I was not pleased that my car was out of commission for nine days. I may have taken it better if I had been fully aware that it would take that long. I was under the impression that when I dropped it off, it would only be a couple of days max. Since the car was driveable and only had cosmetic damage, I don't understand why I could not have kept it until the parts came in and then brought it back to be fixed. Due to this miscommunication, I had to deal with a lot of emotional and financial stress that could have been avoided had the employees made the time frame more clear in the beginning. I would be quite hesitant to recommend anyone use Professional Collision. Not because the quality of work was poor, but because they seem to have more vehicles to work on than they can handle and the turn around time is a bit ridiculous. This is not a the place for a budget-conscious, single parent to take their vehicle after a fender bender.

I'm having to go back, theheadlghtis defective. Is hold condensation. The hood, front fender, and door are not flush.
