The lack of communication between the staff was very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Getting someone to return a phone call or keep me informed on what was happening with my vehicle was like pulling teeth.

Repair was excellent, very happy, done ahead of schedule, and ease of service made this a pain free experience. Reasonable and competitive, fair repair prices, even though insurance is covering most of the bill. Impressed with the knowledge of front desk "Mary" experiemce with different insurance companies, kindness and professional. Also young man helping us with our repairs, professional and patient, and kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle the whole way. Manager asked repair staff to cover tail light as to not get water during rain when we had to leave at first, and the job was sloppy but misunderstood our vehicle was going to leave the shop until being able to drop off two days later for repair so the manager took great care in getting it covered and taping it himself, all taking just a few minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you! Would definitely use service king again, if needed, at the shop in Marysville, Washington on state street.
