DARCARS Collision Center has done an excellent job on my car repair, and they also did a great job by returning my car to me very clean and neat , I actually felt like I had just bought my car. Excellent service.

My car was finished on Friday. They said it would take 6 to 8 days when it clearly took **** day which is fine. I did not get a call Ingrid Monday morning and my car was not clean. In order to get it cleaned I would’ve had to wait another hour when I had to get to work.

Along the strip line james told me it will be buffed but it's not. The left head light it must be remived to fix the dent. I am very satisfied by the work man did the job. However, when the put back the left head light, who ever did a bad job. There is mosture causeed by not firmly tihght the bulb. The head light glass dirty from inside. I showed to James associate, James wasn't there. He completely denied. On my face. I even clean the head light from outside with window cleaner so he could see for himself.he said it is clean. When someone lies on your face very insulting. I think he tries to defend the company but he is a bad name for the company. I am going to call Geico claim department and complain. If they don't fix this problem i will take it to the Lincoln dealer to giv Me there opinion. From there i will decide what to do. I already lost 17 days of work.the way this guy lied to my face i rather have a lowyer. May be will end up court.
