I dropped it off on Wednesday and I had it back by Friday. I love good customer service. I worked as a customer service rep for years. Later, my repaired vehicle was located with minimal delay and the returned rental car key was quickly processed. I was able to visually inspect the professional repair work before driving off.

There seems to be a smudge where the repair was done that doesn’t rub off. It feels like some type of sticky substance. There’s also a thin scratch and nick in the bumper where it was repaired.
