The moment i walked in the collision department,Mr Ivey to over right away, he kept me updated about my car, told when my car would be ready, it was ready the day he told me, when i picked up my car, my car looked brand new, like it never been hit, washed my car. My car 100% taken care of, Mr.Ivey told me day one that my car was in good hands, and for sure it was, i give Mr.Ivey 5 stars,Thanks Darcars & Mr. Ivey,Darcars give me the upmost Respect.

The service was exceptional, but I have one complaint:they took stuff out of my trunk and left it all in the back seat of my trunk. It was a big mess, but other than that, I am very satisfied.

The two Geico representative were very professional and informative about my service on my vehicle. I was pleased with the results and appreciate the early repairs that was completed on my vehicle and how they remember me without question.. However the rental vehicles were something to be desired, eventho the representative for enterprise was great there vehicles weren't up to satisfaction. Please have them have better vehicles. The first vehicle was a upgrade which I deeply appreciate, but the steering was off. The second vehicle was missing a hubcap and smell like smoke and not that clean. I wasn't pleased with the rental at all. I believe I desire a better quality vehicle then what i received. The next time I will not except a vehicle from enterprise in that kind of condition. I will return to Geico express body shop, because I'm please with there service and prefessionalism. Thanks Geico sincerely Cheryl A Essex
