I could not have imagined the nightmare that would come as a result of choosing Darcars for my repairs. A process that was supposed to take 10 days dragged out to 4 weeks. On the very day that my car was supposed to be completed originally, Darcars reported hidden damage and I was notified just an hour before the scheduled pickup time. This, to me, is pure negligence. Why did my car spend 10 days supposedly being fixed before this was discovered? Then, my car continued to be delayed again, and again, and again. I was given no communication or reasoning as to why the continual delays occurred...not one, single time. The terrible customer service and complete disregard for deadlines is unacceptable. As the last blow, the repair job looks shoddy. There is grease on my passenger seat, white powder on the interior and scratch marks all over. I have so little faith in the quality of the repairs that I am taking my car for a post-repair inspection.

promise to be ready for pick up on monday, keep us calling all day long and finally said won' be ready for that day. At every call said that it was "just waiting for car Wash" Next day my wife had to wait for a long time since a the guy in charge couldnt produce final invoice for lack of knowledge of cashier system. And as happy ending the car was dirty. For the price that Geico and me have paid we deserved a much better service. I'm seriously planning on presenting my complaint to Geico Julio

Christina and Alfred were both very nice. I have a flight this weekend and Christina got my car done really fast ... so I didn't need to worry about a time conflict. Alfred gave me a jeep because I own a jeep - with 4 wheel drive in case it snowed. thank you!!!

Was very satisfied with customer service. Good humor, regular updates, high quality rental car, very responsive - from the morning team to the evening team. I usually hate car repairs because everything seems so inconvenient, but I really felt that the team, from end to end, was focused on making the process easy for me. I can be a pretty tough customer - my experience was extremely positive. Thank you!

The work was first rate and people friendly and courteous. My one complaint was that I received almost daily email informing me of progress until Wednesday afternoon when the work was projected to be complete. Having heard nothing, I called only to be told that it wasn't ready but I'd get a call when it was done. On Friday afternoon it was done. The early and frequent messages mislead me into thinking that I could continue to receive useful info. In fact, the info dried up. I expected a week to pass before the work would be done which was exactly was happened. Being led to believe that it would be Wednesday and not delivering was worse than being realistic.
