IT TOOK 12 DAYS TO FIX MY CAR. IF I KNEW THIS IN ADVANCE I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER FIRM. OTHERWISE, EVERY THING WAS GOOD.

I had to call several times to find out where my car was in the process. Initially I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, but it wasn't even looked at until Wednesday evening and then the GEICO database stated it wouldn't be ready until that next Monday. The customer service for the GEICO Express is lacking.

Everyone at Darcars was helpful and professional, particularly Jason. I appreciated the texted updates and the humor contained within. My car looks wonderful. Only hiccup was delay in rental car delivery.

Communication was terrible. Was supposed to get text updates, but didn't recieved them,. Was almost assured it would be done 3 seperate times, and it wasn't . Would have appreciated more if they told me a later days and have it be done earlier. They got my hopes up 3 times and then I had to call on that day to find out it wasn't going to be ready because they reach out to me to say it would take longer. Finally got the only text I recieved the whole time saying it was ready, went to the repair shop and found out it was a typo and it wasn't ready and still had to be washed. This was 6 days after the initial completion date.

Where to begin. My repair was scheduled to end Monday, received my car on Tuesday after closing time. The repair was shoddy and the paint didn't match on my car. Further, the paint was not shined nor buffed, and there were a number of spots where the damage was still showing. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never patronize this place ever again.

some additional repair work is needed. the service was fantastic and the car runs great, but my door lock isn't working on the driver's side and there is a scrapping noice coming from the front end of the car where the damage was repaired. i will notify the shop.
