Your staff could be a little bit more courteous & friendly. When I got lost for 20 minutes, one of your reps told me it was past my appointment time. It was inconvenient for me to drive out 25 minutes then for her to tell me that. She almost made me come back the next day. Also, when I picked up my car, your other rep only told me the mechanic painted over my bumper. He didn't give me full details on the repairs. I guess it was because it was closing time, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the customer service. As far as the repair, it was a job well done. So, thank you for that.

When u first come in u are greeted by a young lady (sorry I'm good wit names) at the front desk very polite ...also met another young lady who was the examiner along with a gentlemen...they looked over my truck and said someone would come get my truck to start working on it....I was text on the status of my truck as the work was being done. I appreciate everything u did and please thank everyone who had a hand in my order.

Intake young lady was not professional and very short.
Young man that went over my car was professional and informative.
Enterprise experience was representive very pleasant, car rental smelled like an ash tray. Waiting over an hour after my appointment,they tried to deodorazie the vechile, the were no more cars to substitute.
My sensitivity that smoke effected my eye, sinuses, throat and coughing.
I really hope in the future they check perference that could have been dangerous reaction.
