From the best of my knowledge the repair job itself was excellent. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was presented a bill after which I paid my deductible and was handed my keys. I was stunned no one walked me to my car to show me what was done or to ask me if I was satisfied..

I got my car back and there is a crack where the vehicle was repaired. I pointed it out when I went to look it over and the rep said that they had only worked on the outside of the lift gate. While driving it, I noticed that there are creases all over the interior lining and the seals around my doors were not properly placed. I even had to push in the molding around my rear passenger seat belt because it was not attached properly. I have called my Insurance adjuster the morning I picked it up with no response. I'm not very happy with the quality of work. the adjuster said it would have to go through a quality check and it puzzles me how this passed the quality inspection. I feel like my car came out worse than when it came in.

The repair took over a week longer than the initial estimate i was given. I called everyday after the second estimate i was given and they kept telling me it would be ready the next day, and when it was finally supposed to be ready the geico rep had to deny the repairs because paint was chipped. After the paint was fixed and i was able to come get the car after being delayed for over a week i had to beg your repair shop to let me pick my car up at 610 because no one wanted to be inconvenienced after 6o'clock, without any regard for how they had inconvenienced me initially.

I had no problem with the actual service and the way everyone worked as a whole team. There was always somebody right there with you throughout the process and I received many updates through email. The only thing I did not like, is two days before my vehicle was to be complete, I stopped receiving updates and after calling to find out the status, I was told my vehicle would not be ready for another five days. Because I was going out of town I would not be able to get the vehicle for another 6 days later than that. When I returned and called to pick my vehicle up, the quality control had not been done and therefore, I had to wait yet another day to get my vehicle back and even on that day when I called to pick it up, they were just taking it in to be washed. That last day was the only disappointing part because Darcars had already had my vehicle 6 days longer than they were supposed to so one would expect that it would be completely ready. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly and easy to work with.

I like that Darcars informs you of everything that is being done and that they call and check on you with your rental car to make sure everything is ok with your rental and everyone was so nice

I'm out of town and I tried to pay you by using my credit card via a phone call and I was informed that your company does not accept this type of transaction. I've used this method of payment with many vendors. This type of non-service is not helpful.
