I was quite satisfied with the repairs;however, I was disappointed to discover,just as I was leaving your facility facility that the passenger side of the car (window and door)must have been a target for some large birds: their unsightly droppings were all over the right side of the car. I therefore decided to take the car to the car-wash to have it cleaned. As the attendant was moving the car after the washing, he side-swiped(damaged)my car and two or three other cars on the lot. - A. Thorpe

I originally scheduled an appointment on 16 March 2016, to have damaged assessed on my vehicle caused by a Geico Policy Holder. For the passed 35 days my Car has been inactive at the DarCars Collision Center, located at 5060 Auth Way, Marlow Height, MD 20746. After a lengthy investigation, It was determined by my adjuster (Brittany Jackson), Geico would only make repairs to a portion of my vehicle (rear bumper, front driver tire). I attempted for 3 weeks to contact Miracle Parish, my Auto Damage Adjuster, to obtain an update and anticipated actions. I left several voice messages and emails, of which all were unanswered. In addition to messages, I visited the location and was able to speak with several mechanics of whom expressed, they too were unaware of the status of my vehicle and awaiting instructions, as my vehicle repairs remained stagnant for the passed several weeks. After contacting, to explain my frustrations, I received a call from Miracle. She stated that there had been no progress on my vehicle and unbeknownst to me, was no longer assigned to the claim. I explained that i am opting to receive compensation for the repair amount as opposed to having Geico conducting the repairs. I received a call from Miracle, today, April 21, to advise that my car would be towed to my desired location and that i was required to return the rental vehicle, of which i was never informed i was authorized to receive and did not have in my possession. My car was towed to my residence COMPLETELY different from how i delivered it originally to Darcars. I no longer have head lights (of which were damaged but operable) and the front bumper is no longer attached (All can be seen in original pictures taken by adjuster) and I yet to receive my repair compensation. Ultimately, if it was determined Geico would not be completing the repairs to the front of my vehicle, i had at minimum, anticipated having my vehicle returned in the same condition i had delivered. My concerns are my missing auto parts and lack of payment. I will also be forwarding my concerns to Mr. Jimmie **** and Ms. Christin Quigg, of which I was informed both hold a Supervisory position, in hopes of a resolution.

****)The rental car was not ready as stated upon dropping off the car for repairs and picking up the rental car. I had to wait almost an hour, and then had to be taken to Enterprise to pickup the car. 2)Darcars did email/call daily except for one day about the status of my vehicle. That I thought was a great idea to keep the customer apprised.

The service team need to work on their communication skill with speaking with customers. To have a question answered "It's whatever Man" is NOT good customer service!!!!

Darcar Team was great during checking in, and great response time with estimated time to be fixed. Pick up was not so well, I waited about 30 minutes in an empty shop office to be helped. Overall experience was Good.
