When I entered the facility, the three people in the office gave me a warm welcome. They told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. At the appointed time, two gentlemen went out to examine my car. I was then directed to the rental car person. She explained the procedure to me. She took me out to the rental and off I went. Everything was done in the half hour they said it would be. I was sent updates as to what phase of repair my car was in. They said that the car would be ready at 4pm on 11/8/17. And it was. All in all the service I received at DARCARS was excellent. I would highly recommend them to others. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom. I thank you from the depth of my heart for such timely service. Have a fabulous day.

I was promised my car much sooner. Too many delays on getting my car back. Dissatisfied that I paid car insurance for the rental for all of those days!!! :(

It took too long. My repairs were supposed to take 3-4 business days. It took **** day less than 3 weeks.
The attention to detail was not there. I came to pick up my vehicle after Darcars having it for 2 ****/2 weeks to see a message notification on my dash indicating that something was wrong with my headlights....which was a direct of effect of the work that was done. I know that at least 2 people drove my car between when the work was done and when I picked it up. NO ONE saw that notice and thought to bring it to someone's attention to have it corrected BEFORE I picked it up? I should not have even been aware that this was an issue. Again, attention to detail was non-existent!

The repairs took twice as long to do as originally estimated. when the vehicle was returned to me the trim was unsecured and coming off and my steering wheel was damaged in the process of getting my car repaired and no one has tried to remedy the situation

DarCar staffers were great! Polite, professional and helpful and patient. THANK YOU DARCAR! I put them through unnecessary work, because Geico couldn't find my previous/original invoice that (as it turned out) was related to a previous job completed at another body shop. Only after I went home, found the original invoice, faxed it to Geico and had them review the claim that it was determined that I should take the car back to that "other" shop. DARCARS had to stop working on and put my car back together so I could take it,to that "other" shop.
