Scheduled appointment was met with quick service and comlete answers, very little need to ask questions. Rental service there and ready which is very convient. Provide all contact information in a folder and kept me updated. Finished four days earlier than promised and paint blended well.

I had a difficult time finding the correct entrance to the body shop. I live very close to the shop and did not for see difficulty finding the correct location. After a couple of stops and human directions, I located the shop 30min tardy. The receptionist asked the adjuster if she could squeeze me in. The adjuster asked me to reschedule. I informed her I took the day off. Then she said I will have a lengthy wait. I agreed, move my car and returned to the lobby to wait. The adjuster approached me and asked if I could return at 12 noon. I said yes then she said not 12:05. Her body language and tone
indicated she was agitated and for warning me do not be late again. I never bothered to explain to her why I was late. A couple of days prior I was on 495 in the snow storm and another SUV sled out and met me head on. I was not only stress because I could not find the correct location; I was nervous behind the wheel after driving for 44.
My second concern is my splash guards, They are missing from my car.

The work was done well. But I had a leather glove in my vehicle which I use when pumping gas and that was taken. Also I had water all over the passenger and the driver mats on the floor when I received my vehicle back. Unacceptable and would like reimbursement for my glove.

I was impressed with Darcars as I have had many experiences with car repairs in the past but found this place great. Not to mention the total detail on washing the car after repairs were made. By far, this was the worst **** service I've even heard about. You put the wrong rim on my car. Didn't even look at my headlight. And charged me 500. This was totally **** disrespectful. I guess if I was some dumb green woman, I'd just be riding around smiling with a safety hazard. You should fire you whole careless staff and close that fraud of a collision center.
