I was told I would have the original flat grey finish and it would be ordered not painted. I received a glossy grey painted bumper and it has a larger gap on the driver side than the passenger side. I don't have time to take off and go back and fourth. The Gieco rep told me everything would be taken care of and what would be done but was not there when I picked the van up.

My car was beautifully repaired on the outside. However, on the inside, my car was left with dirt and grime on the drivers side door handle and the window sill was either put back on after being damaged or the part they used was not brand new. My car floor rug on the drivers side was soaking wet. When confronted on the window, I was shown a fuzzy looking photo taken in the rain which didn't show me how my car came in with a damaged window rubber. They lied and told me nothing was done on the door area--when in fact, my car door had been bent and I knew that. They obviously took the door apart to fix! Instead of offering to fix it, they said they would give us an estimate to come back and repair. I don't have money to fix something after spending my $500 deductible! I also left without them restarting my audio and clock and I have no idea how to fix it. I will have to take it to the dealer. Darcars was my choice after my last accident was handled flawlessly! I don't know what kind of shop they are now running, but I am very disappointed at how I was treated (I am a woman) and will NOT be coming back to this shop. I should have known better when I was talking with a woman who said the shop had screwed up her car and she was made to come back to the shop by Geico even though she didn't trust them to fix her car properly. I watched as the owner and a few others treated her with disrespect. She was clearly angry about several problems she had encountered with Darcars and the owner treated her very rudely. The woman was an old black lady and I felt bad because people were looking at her like she was crazy. She wasn't. She was tired of being hushed up and told she doesn't know what she's talking about. I was thoroughly disgusted by the way they handled her situation and mine. I know that men like to take advantage of women because they think women don't know anything when it comes to cars--so they feel they can one up us. I don't know what they did to my car, but it wasn't like that before it went into their shop. And to stand there and lie to my mother's and my face while offering an estimate was extremely insulting. This place needs a major overhaul on how they fix cars and treat women costumers! I was so mad I cried on the way home. I will not recommend or even try to come back if I get in another accident with my car. Horrible service!

The repair area does not look well done. It looks dirty as if a new part was not installed. Items do not look like they were properly installed. Several areas appeared to have glue or something on the paint. An employee came out with a bottle of a white substance and cleaned here and there. There is no need to contact me. I'm going elsewhere to have it done to my satisfaction.

The repair was not completed and there was no one in charge to answer my question. The frame work for the truck was not completed, and if it can't be fix the what.I work a 12hour shift from 6am to 6pm which makes it hard to get back and forth to the shop. Please help!
