I don’t understand how my front tag has been switched. I will contact Darcars tomorrow....

There were a couple of dings in the left rear fender that were not present before. I would have liked these to be corrected. Also, the rental experience was horrible because Enterprise now wants to file a false claim for damage done to the vehicle that was present when I received the vehicle. Apart from these two issues, Darcars was very professional.

I will never come back to this shop and it’s a shame because I’ve been coming here for the past 15 years. I didn’t receive timely call backs or updates. I was repeatedly told my car would be ready in 2 days but it took 5. Whenever i called to find out when to pick up my car i was told one time but it wouldn’t be ready for at least 3 hours past the agreed to time. I was told to come out to the shop to pick up my car and the scratches and paint job looked like no sanding had been done and the paint even had bubbles. They had to re-do it. My contact was never available when i called. I asked for an estimate on other scratches so that i could get both things taken care or at the same time but the contact person didn’t give me the estimate till i was supposed to pick up the car. It is truly sad to see this shop become so disorganized and the quality of customer service be reduced to complete incompetence.

The company poorly communicated the status of our Car and when we were told the car was ready it turned out that it wasn’t because they forgot to hook up the camera that was on the passenger side mirror making us have to get another rental car.
