I received a text message that my car was ready and went the next am to pick it up . I got there and had to wait 45 mins till they brought it around, when I asked what was taking so long I was told they were "rinsing it off." I appreciate the car detailing they did and the repair job, but when I go to pick it up I would like the car to be ready then, not ready to be "rinsed off."

The inspection of the vehicle was performed quickly and I found the Darcars rep assigned to me to be very responsive to questions and very professional.
