I was told by Geico that this repair location was "express" service. I was given different completion date estimates via phone, email, and text, but when I called to talk to my estimator, he was never available, he never called me back, and no one else there was able to give me the information I needed. Then when I came to pick up my car when it was finished. I waited a long time for the car to be driven to the front and for someone to come out and talk to me about what was done. There was so much confusion that the receptionist asked for someone to go look for my car even after I saw it in front. I don't think I would ever recommend this location to friends. On the positive side, the work was good, and I liked that they cleaned the inside of my car.

The grill was not replaced with the same kind of grill that was originally there. I feel the same kind should have been replaced with the one the car had. If a replacement was of a different kind than the original I should have been called. I don't like the replacement grill and it was very upsetting to me.

Everyone that I spoke with was able to turn, a bad experience for me. Into no worries, we can fix your car. "The vehicle had been vandalized." Now please chose which ever rental car we have available. Basically, you wish is my command. Now as I drove off. I completely forgot about my car.

Some of the workers were unprofessional. There was a police issue at the establishment when I was leaving. It drove lots of confusion but basically no one was doing their job correctly. I understand distractions but I should have been given a bit better service.

We discussed replacing the protective film on the bumper once it was repaired and sprayed, but that didn't happen. Now I have to wait for it to be ordered and come back o have it installed. This is the second time this has happened. ( It was on separate visits). If the repairman take off a protective film, then it should automatically be replaced!
