In the first place it was too late and even the announcement by using text message was not accurate. They delivered me after 7 days of the expected and mentioned date. They were not happy to respond for my call. Regarding to the service still there are some printing problem. And not sharp on body work. The most and critical thing is I just observe some scratches on the driver side doors but it was not before. I already informed to the representatives but the way he took the information was not satisfied me. Any way it's a serious case I need to check all the new scratch that was not before. In my opinion it occurred at the time of body work. Almost my car spent more than two weeks at Darcie's.

I had a few scratches on my driver's side window that were not there before. Whomever installed this glass on the new driver's side door did a very poor and sloppy job of transferring this glass to my new door . There were numerous scratches that I showed to the adjuster@ Darcars collision. Overall the car looks o. K. I may still try to look into the scratched driver's side glass.

Everyone was helpful and took the time to help me and explain the process from the front desk ladies, to the guys who took me outside to look at my car, to the entireprise guy,..although it was early in the morning everyone still had a smile on there faces. I really appreciated the fact that you all nicely vaccumed and washed my car, that was much appreciated it. Hopefully I will never have to give my car a make over again but if somethimg tragic does happen I will definitely bring my car back here.

I was told my car should be ready on 12/9 after a 12/5 drop off. Car wasn't ready until 12/14. It is because of that I had to pay an extra 5 days for the rental car I had which totaled over 150 in extra fees.
