There was a lot of conflicting information. For example, when I came to pick up the car we were told we owed $1555 when in reality the check had arrived and your counter people didn't even bother to look in the system until I pressed it. Also I did not get text updates as promised.

Quality of work fell well below expectations. The job was very far from satisfactory. Also promises were not upheld. The appraiser did not inspect the work before pickup. Further when I arrived to pick up my car Darcars staff were standing around talking loudly wth one using profane language in the presence of my 8 year old. So bad that we stepped into the rental car office to escape the foul language. Next, after pointing out my issues to the Darcars repairman, I was told that he repaired just the section he was told to by the appraiser. Meanwhile there were still noticeable defects in the paint. I asked to have those sections painted but told by the repairman that my car would look worse than before if he painted the questionable section and added clear coat. Not a confidence inspiring comment. It was alzo suggested that i take the GEICO pqyout and accept the car as is. I'd like to have my car serviced at the Range Rover recommended facility. Please.advuse on how we can cover costs.

The repair was not completely done. The collision center said they don't fix textured bumpers. I am extremely unsatisfied! Didn't like the way they handled everything...they acted as if I was going to leave without paying my insurance deductible....will NEVER go back!

To see my car looking good as new was more than I could ask for. To add to it all I found that my car had been vacuumed and washed.
