I was told that it would take 2 to 3 days to complete the repairs. It took five. I had to call to find out the status of my car. When I did call and leave a message it took forever for somebody to call me back.
If you were experiencing delays in repair it would have been appreciated and appropriate for someone to call and let me know that it would take longer than anticipated.

The repair took longer than I expected because of the volume of work that Superior was faced with after a holiday weekend. I was kept informed all along the way and the end product was worth the wait. Special thanks to Joe for having such a calm and patient attitude in the face of a momentariy irate customer due to the delay.

I was not called or texted to be notified that my car was ready so i took it upon myself to call after 9 days with the car to check to see if it was ready. I did receive a text that it was near completion but that was the last one. I was told it WAS ready and when I arrived there was apparently something wrong with the door lock and I waited over another hour even though I was literally told 5 minutes by Mike P. My time is very valuable and this was not appreciated. The staff are polite enough but cold and very matter-of-fact. I thank you for fixing my door. The work looks nice. I prefer not to have a phone call. Thank you kindly, Allison.
