The estimated repair time was nearly a week off and after being reassured my vehicle was going to be done a day prior to completion, making arrangements to pick up the vehicle and returned the rental vehicle it still wasn’t done! This was a major inconvenience for my family and I! Not one update on my vehicle was valid! I was almost charged $300.00 more for a repair that wasn’t done upon pick up of my vehicle. I brought my vehicle here based on reputation and quality work. The work was quality but the customer service was poor. I will unfortunately never bring a vehicle back to Superior again nor will I refer anyone for your services.
