Thank you to Missy, Ron and the entire staff at Superior. They made a negative experience for me (auto accident) into a positive one. Missy went above and beyond at explaining what the insurance agent meant when I did not understand. Ron and the service team are 2nd to none. I am a repeat customer and I have never left Superior disappointed.

I appreciated the feedback about the stages of my car repair and the knowledge of the staff.
Missy Hunter, Superior Body estimator, was very helpful and educated me on the process. She remembered details about the parts which were to be replaced or not.
Mr Ron Vallario was also very helpful in explaining things regarding the status of how things looked, under the rear bumper during the course of the repair.
