You have excellent customer service and superb precision in your repairs.

As far as I can see they did a great job on repairing my front right fender and in detailing my car. Also Sarah in the office was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. However they scheduled me to drop my car off on Mon and said they would send text updates on the status of my car but I received no updates and when I called on Tuesday night they hadn't even touched my car yet. I had to call every day after in order to get updates since I never received any text updates from them. Although I had a rental car I was still very disappointed and inconvenienced by them having my car for 5 days when they only worked on it for 3 days. Not to mention the unnecessary additional costs for both my insurance and myself. I think they do good work but need to do better with scheduling and communicating with the customer. Thank you.

Great work and done earlier than expected

My only complaint is I don’t think the individual I was working with/assigned to was the best at communicating, but outside of that, every other person was pleasant and helpful (thank you Sarah and Ron!). As for the quality of the work, top notch. The little adjustments that needed to be made, due to me being picky, were swiftly taken care of the same day. I’ll definitely be a return customer.

I haven’t had any issues when I have taken my car there to be repaired I would recommend carstar superior to everyone.

I had a professional and quality experience. Superior Auto Body made me feel as if I was the most important customer they had and stuck to the schedule.

This is not the first time I have used Superior and always am pleased with the work they do on my vehicles. When I asked my State Farm agent I told him I got a quote from Superior and he told me that Superior is the best around. I always take my vehicles to Superior but this time I was not pleased when I went to use my chair that folds up in the trunk of my car. It is blue and folds up and is in a blue bag and says a hospital name on it from south west Florida. Thank you for doing excellent work on my vehicle and maybe you will locate my chair. Superior did a wonderful job of repairing my 2018 XT5 back to new car condition. It was a very long process and I am sure the team was tired of seeing my car in the garage but 84 days later it was done and is beautiful. Thanks to all those involved in ordering parts, tear downs, replacements and putting it all back together, well done guys! Thank you so much for your diligence and professionalism.
