Fixed a ding in the rear trunk lid unrelated to the accident. Beyond expectations. Only negative would be communications broke off when delay occurred and I received misinformation. It was awesome of Ron to take over and give me real answers.

The entire experience from Ahmad at the front desk, Missy to the owner Ron was exceptional! Missy was very knowledgeable and explained every question I had along the way with patience. Each time I called or went into to shop, I felt as if I was their only customer. Ron had me leaving with a smile each time he called or spoke to him in the shop.
Yes, Superior was recommended by a number of people as the best body shop; however, it's not just the phenomenal work they did on my car that makes them a success. It's the soft-skills that makes Superior rise above! Thank you so much!
