The staff at Superior is very friendly with customer care a priority. The rental was easy to obtain and the car damaged was completed in less time than predicted. The quality of repair is such that it's better than factory. They are perfectionists. Thank you for taking pride and doing things the modern way keeping old fashioned work ethic and pride.

I feel like I was not kept informed about what was going on with my car. I had no rental car and my car was kept two and a half weeks. When a call was made with information I was given the information on someone else's car. The quality of work was excellent but customer service was very poor
