I had a very high deductable which through me a rough turn for an older car. I love my Rav4 but did enjoy the new Camry through Enterprise. Superior Car is a first class experience. How thrilled was I to receive my car totally buffed out and shiney new looking! Wow!! I also appreciated the owner suggesting I reconsider the deductible for such an older car. I have no one guiding me with such things....so that was very much of value.Also, didn't notice until after home~the buffed headlight shields!!! Thank you very much. Hopefully the car co. have improved that material- not glass-that clouds up and is nighttime hazardous without full headlight shine. Ok I appreciate you accomodating me also since will be on a road trip pretty soon! MK

Very impressed! Everything was completed according to spec and within the time frame specified. All paper work taken care of with the insurance co. The car was even washed and looked like new when I picked it up.

Joe the new male employee and Jo the female at the front desk were our main contacts and ALWAYS provided excellent professional and courteous service. Ahmad at the dront desk also was very professional and provided great customer service. Ron Vallario was the main man and was very kind professional and answered any and all questions we had and made us feel as though we were family and not just another customer they had to deal with. Everyone at this company makes you feel like they truly care and there is no other place my husband or I will ever go to and we have and will continue passing on Superiors name to family and friends and anyone for that matter. They are a true blessing and know how to get the job done and right on point.

Women at desk seem unwelcoming
No eye contact when talking to customers.
