Service was great, I appreciate the time frame of getting it in the specified time l was told it would be ready. The car was repaired to perfection & the attitude of all I was in contact with was very polite & knowledgeable. And I was happily surprised that my car was very clean When I picked it up. I think your service should be rated superior. I will definitely refer my friends to you.

Gary was awesome, up front, quick on getting parts ordered, etc... I called my claim in at the shop, and before I left Gary had everything moving after getting the claim. (Monday and picked it up on Friday).. I worked with Gary before and he always raises the bar on customer satisfaction.

My repair was handled great! I was very happy with the check in/out process. I received my car back in a timely manner and the claims rep explained what they did and replaced very well. My car was very clean inside and out, I didn’t expect the interior to be so clean. Hopefully I won’t be back for a collision repair but I will definitely be telling my friends and family about my great experience.

Completion date extended three times. Initial estimate was 22 days, but it took 43 days to complete repairs without a real good explanation for the delays. Production Manager should have provided a more accurate time estimate, or offered an update personally. Joel was great, but there's not much he can do. TBS did absorb the $100 deductible and pay for a few days car rental to compensate.the exterior repairs look good, but after the repairs, I found: front passenger seat is stained; cigarette butts and large spot of ugly white residue left in truck bed.

I am very happy with the work y'all did on my car; but was very impressed with the girls at the front desk as well with Gary. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. And I wasn't expecting a detail. Thank you so much. I will recommend you all to everyone! I was also impressed that I was contacted every day about how things were going.
