Not happy working with representative laray. She didn't reply to any of my phone calls, one time I spoke with her she was talking with food in her mouth. Very unprofessional. Manager did a fantastic job on explaining the process and took care of the repair process.

I had a very positive experience with every person I worked with at both The Body Shop and Enterprise. Although getting hit from behind is unpleasant, the repair process with The Body Shop was professional and efficient, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Unfortunately this isn’t our first car you’ve worked on. Lol My insurance company was recommending another body (large franchise) that I had terrible luck with 10 years ago. I specifically requested The Body Shop as they’ve exceeded our expectations in the past and again this time.
