Had to take my BMW back for parts broken inside the vehicle by technicians working on my car that was totally unrelated to the repairs that was being done on the it. The manager looked at it, said he would speak to the technician(s), repair it, yet still haven't heard anything AND the the facility kept my broken pieces and now I have open gaps where a cover should be protecting buttons in my car.

It’s so unfortunate that when we went to pick up my car the windshield was cracked. We were told that it was our fault. That the large ding in the windshield happened with us driving and the heat and sitting in their lot it traveled to make the large crack. They ended up charging my insurance in order to fix it and it took almost 2 more weeks for that part to be completed. It’s such a shame that this has accrued as my car was there just the month before and that damage was repaired beautifully. I’m just not sure how I would feel about getting repairs done there again.
