Thank you for returning my car to its original condition and doing it in a timely way! I also appreciate your flexibility with pick up times and that you were able to store my car for free- this was a big bonus. Lastly, I had a lot of questions about my car (unrelated to the accident) and they were answered in an honest and helpful way. You guys have been great!!

thanks David and William for your service and the repairs to my Q5. The work looks good and glad you could complete in a reasonable time. There was one issue with the car after I got home. I found the spare tire pulled out in the trunk and the spare tire area disorganized. This should have been put back together. also wondered why the need to pull this out? i've put it away and otherwise the workmanship is good to my observations so far. Thanks again. Greg

They took a lot of time to repair my car plus they gave me the car with a front camera that doesn't work knowing that before dropping it off it works. I'm going to file a report on this and call my insurance.

The repair job was amazing and solid, the customer services was on point and leaves nothing more desired. The parts took almost a month to arrive which was the main pain point of the whole job, but otherwise a job well done on the garage's part!
