From the day I first called to have my car towed in, my husband and Isurance agent visiting, then I received many text updating me about my car thru picking it up today, I have to say it has been a pleasent experience! Thank You to everyone involed who worked on my car, did all the paper work with my insurance company and answered all of our questions! My car looks and runs great!

They made this process very easy for me, Made it convenient to come for and estimate and walked me through it all. I want to personally thank Rons body shop. This is he second time in a few months we have used your shop for body repair. This time you made my vehicle look new again. Repairing faulty work another shop did to my Jetta 4years ago. I'd like to thank Kathy for her kindness and professionalism through this whole process. You made this so much easier! Today, my thanks goes out to the guy who did the paint work on my Jetta. Great job on my Jetta and my Passat! And, thanks for taking some time before I left with the vehicle to work on a few spots on the trunk I was concerned about. Clearly, Ron's is the place to take your vehicle and will be the place I take mine in the future and suggest to friends should they need good quality dependable and awesome work done to their vehicle! Timely, affordable, and a job well done. Will certainly be recommending to friends! The only tiny dissatisfaction I had was my car smelled faintly of cigarette smoke when I got it back, but I would certainly return to Ron's if my car had another issue.
