From start to finish everything went very smooth. Great customer service from Kim and Ryan. Text message updates were really nice and last couple days Ryan kept me updated via phone calls which was greatly appreciated. Car looks great when picked up!

I was satisfied with Kimberly,Donna and Rob. I was not satisfied with Ryan and my door handle protection covers. However, Donna called me asap about my interaction with Ryan and that was because Ryan was worried I left him not happy. I applaud Ryan for doing this and for Donna's immediate response.
