The current team did a very good job of getting the car in fixed and out. I will say the previous team when I came in last May and tried three times to get it in were pathetic

I was completely ecstatic about my service with Ford! When I picked up my car, everything looked completely perfect- and they even cleaned the outside and inside of my car! It's never looked better. They kept me updated throughout the whole process which was very helpful. I was rear ended in an accident and the whole situation was very stressful, but this part of the story was so smooth. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything they did for me!

Two reasons. ****) Lack of personal interaction was bad, no "service" in your service center. I had to call to get updates vs. just getting computer generated emails that really seemed like a lack of interest in me as a customer. 2) Lack of follow through ... Paul did the initial estimate and said they could touch up a scratch at the same time with a little extra paint and not a big deal. I mentioned it to Gene upon picking it up to also fix it, and in a response email to validate you were fixing it. Upon picking it up, it was not fixed and my wife was upset. Gene had tons of excuses and blame, but didn't really seem to care.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and competence of the staff. Everyone I spoke with was on the **** and knew what was going on. It was like my truck was brand new again and the dent was gone. Plus I want to say the took the extra mile and fixed other dents and fixed those. The team was great and I enjoyed working with them.

Aesthetically the cover over the trunk was not put back the way it was supposed to be and the back seat floor mats were left in the trunk for some reason. There is also an air bubble in the ClearBra. Repair-wise though it seems to be great!

Dean Duguay and his staff were professional, courteous and very competent. They kept me informed as to the progress of the repair status for my 2013 Taurus SHO and I am very satisfied with the work they did on the car. In a world of all-too-often mediocre service, Dean and his staff stood out and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Dealing with the insurance companies was a nightmare. Luckily my interactions with the dealership were the exact opposite. I received regular text messages about the status is my vehicle.

My vehicle's side impact, blind spot warning system was working when I dropped off the car and now it is. It is not working. Your technician did not take the time to notice what equipment I had so didn't reconnect things properly. Major inconvenience. The work was not thorough.
