Repair looks fine , one day put on hold for over a half hour. Never could reach anyone to inquire about my car. Used Abra and they were much more efficient and repairs Took much less time

Lying to me about getting my car in was inexcusable. You sat with my car for a week while I was out of town. I would have taken my car to an honest shop if I had any idea that you were just lying to get my car in the shop. I'll never send any work to your shop.

Color match on grill isn't exact with rest of replant on front of vehicle. Visible in bright sunlight, not so much the day I picked it up as it was cloudy. It needed to be blended to match as was done with the doors.

My car was rear ended, with damage on the rear bumper and right side. When I retrieved my vehicle my engine was vibrating and my check engine light was on. I brought it back the next day and the collision center doesn't know why. Maybe it's a coincidence but my car is now in another shop trying to diagnose the problem. I also had my oil changed by you quick lane before I picked up vehicle and neither place diagnosed problem when I picked up vehicle. I chose your shop because I gained trust from working with your quick lane, now I have to look for another shop, I feel I'm in a lose lose situation where shops take advantage of people. When can I find a place to trust? That's what is all about, I feel like as a retail manager of 10 years I would have notified a customer of a problem so that he would remain with my company for repairs and and his family remain with us for a lifetime because of his trust. ****-****-xxxx. Hope this helps you get better. Nothing more valuable than feedback from a customer.
