Awesome customer service. I was very surprised at how quickly the dent in my door was fixed. Great body work. Looks like new. I'm military and I will recommend this shop to all my fellow Airman. Everything was great until the end. When I received my car it had skid marks on the seats and stain on the mats. Above all, the driver window is not working properly and need to be looked at since it's not closing all the way. I'm concerned there will be water damage if the rain gets in. I called Mr Frank and expressed my concern. Will be stopping by ASAP to drop my car off.

This is the third time over the last three years that I have brought a vehicle to Autonation collision repair. While there were a few small problems on the 2nd visit, (A Dodge Ram 2500) the first time there (2010 Edge) and this most recent visit (2010 Edge) went very well. My wife is very happy with the repairs done for the insurance claim as well as the additional repair that was a customer request. Any problems encountered with not with Autonation but rather with the "at fault" insurance company. We have been very happy with both the service and pricing and quality of repairs done at Autonation and would expect to bring any future repairs to Autonation either for an insurance repair, or would be a first stop if the repair was going to be an owner request.
