Mr. David Pak went above and beyond for my family and I. He assured us that they would put our car back to normal and try to do it ASAP. Erica Moniz was our contact at the San Jose office and was absolutely professional and timely on getting back to me with the progress reports. The work was done in a timely fashion and the craftsmanship is excellent. I was assured of my life time warranty by Mr. Pak and I felt well taken care of. Feeling well taken care of nowadays is far and few inbetween, so I was very thankful. Thank you all. Blessings.

A door was replaced but it was not functionala door not open from inside. Door doesn’t locked.
I asked to make an appointment for the after-service but they never make any appointment, just come walk-in druing weekday morning only which are also my work hours, i will have to my work off. I told this situation and schdule the service after 5pm or weekend but they never answered.
