The repair work looks to be of high quality, my car seems to be in as good or better condition than it was before my accident. I appreciate that Auto Nation (and Ted Kieffer) decided to keep my car a few extra days to make sure they fixed everything that needed fixed and didn't send me on my way just because everything was within specs.

Text messages are confusing. When you get personal and computer generated. Need to be more clear. I would suggest Use one or the other.

My experience was fantastic! Ted Kieffer, collision estimator, treated me with a respect and displayed a friendly attitude and demeanor. He represents your company well. He immediately set my mind at ease by assuring me the damage to my car would be treated promptly and professionally. When I returned a few days later and observed my vehicle, I was immediately satisfied with the workmanship. Ted provided me updates throughout the process, giving assurance my car was a priority. We were extremely satisfied with the care and service for our car repair-everyone was professional and friendly-the repair work was to our complete satisfaction-and they not only washed the car but cleaned the inside including the car mats which were in much need due to the snow and salt:) Thanks again!

My right hand tail light was left unplugged had no turn signal and only half of a tail light but I got it plugged in and OK now

Really like the text updates. Everyone was very helpful in accommodating us. We are dealing with some serious health issues and Melinda did a lot to help us with the rental, etc.. thanks again. There was also an issue with parts that Melinda was able to rectify, much to my delight. Thanks to all involved.

Communication was lacking. My car was finished more than two weeks after the completion date was promised there are still problems on my car that I'm noticing as time goes on
