My car came in for a minor repair on Tues. April 25. I was told it would be ready on Thurs. When I called Thurs, they said it owuld be available on Fri. I got no call on Friday. I called on Saturday and the Collision Center was closed (although everything else at AutoNation Ford was open). I had to cancel attendance at an event because I needed my car (a hatchback). I called on Mon. May **** and it took more than 8 minutes for the service man to admit that my car was still not ready and would not be ready until Tues. I called back that afternoon and talked to the manager - who apologized. On Tuesday I was waiting for a call -- nothing. I called around 2pm. My car woud be ready by 3pm. I went at 3pm. I got a lot of attitude from a cashier who wanted me to sign a form that said I would be responsible for the bill (which was to be paid by an insurance company for the person who hit my car). During the entire week, I was ignored and disrespected by your employees. My car is fine. I'm happy with that. I'm not happy with how i was treated.

All went extremely smoothly. I changed the appointment date twice, once within 24 hours, due to unforeseen circumstances, and Lisa graciously accommodated me. The repair itself was done well in a timely fashion. Who can ask more?

Dashboard control panel is now scratched in 2 separate places. Appears someone tried cleaning it with an abrasive substance?
