I think I was induced by your representation of what you could do at a specific price - in retrospect, I should have gone with my Toyota dealer even though the price they quoted was higher. I know the insured's insurance would not have liked it, but I think they would have paid it and then my car would be as we expected. I am thankful that I wasn't surcharged for the buffing, because the result did not meet expectations. I think if you simply charged a little more for the work submitted for the insurance claim, you would have done a better job and we would have been happier.

Body work seems to be excellent.
Complaint - I had to vacuum my back seat, floor and trunk area. There was debris all over. Picked up car Friday afternoon. When I noticed the mess after I got home, I decided to clean up myself as other commitments did not allow me time to return the car. Otherwise, completely satisfied.

The repairs were done fine to the eye but I am noticing the steering is
Stiff on turning. I wonder if that is normal result of an accident like I had.
I expected e mail updates on the progress of the repair instead of having to call 3 days in a row,

Excellent communication throughout the whole repair process. Repaired bumper looks brand new. My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Such a small detail, but so appreciated! Great people and great service!
